I REACHED MY GOAL WEIGHT! now that my weight, goals, intake and output have all changed I'm here to tone it up and be what I know I can be! I REBLOG anything helpful in a healthy diet and everything motivational. I REBLOG some of the same things over because I love them so much, and I post a lot of things that don't apply to me but I still think they are awesome and helpful to anyone who may need it :) I will not follow anyone using thinspo tags or thinspo anything.
