Let your past make you better, not bitter

I REACHED MY GOAL WEIGHT! now that my weight, goals, intake and output have all changed I'm here to tone it up and be what I know I can be! I REBLOG anything helpful in a healthy diet and everything motivational. I REBLOG some of the same things over because I love them so much, and I post a lot of things that don't apply to me but I still think they are awesome and helpful to anyone who may need it :) I will not follow anyone using thinspo tags or thinspo anything. This is a fitblr and healthy is the only thing I promote!

**I've recently decided I love yoga, so I REBLOG yoga poses also :)**

Can I say something else? I'm pretty dedicated to this blog, I make sure that 50+ queue'd photos get posted every single day. I repost a few the same ones over for whatever reason. I also spend all of my free time reblogging that my other blog suffers since they aren't linked :( so sometimes I post pics non fitness/+life related (dogs, cars, weed, scenery, extra.) Things I enjoy in my life. And every once in a while I lose a follower over it. I'm not whining about it, but is one odd pic every now and then really THAT annoying??
