I know I’ve come far. I hurt my ankle a while back and didn’t exercise for a few months. My body fat % went up almost 5%.
Now I have been back on for a little over a month and I am already seeing results! I just can’t wait to get back to where I was, and then finish what I started!Source: progress3425

My fitness is spot on and I’ve been working toward improving my life. Started at just a hair under 200lbs. First goal: 140lbs, blew. It. Out. Of. The. Water. Second goal: size 3 jeans, currently a size 2. Third goal: 12% body fat.
You see I keep gaining weight because if all of the weight training so i couldn’t use a weight so i went with the lowest healthy body fat % you can get! I have an athletic build and I didn’t even know it. It was hiding under all of the fat! Now that my goal date is coming near I’m pretty much on a fruit and veggie thing. Soy protein in my shakes, small amounts of chicken (for salad flavor) and a tiny bit of dairy and of course some whole wheat/nuts/seeds. I want to utilize my athletic build and continue to make myself proud!
Every day that I get up and look in the mirror my body is different. And since ice spent my whole life overweight its amazing to me! When I see my muscles growing and my waist shrinking I honestly can’t do anything but bust out laughing in front of the mirror! I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS BODY I’M LOOKING AT IS MEEEEEE!!!! its overwhelming! I’m proud and i don’t want to stop!
