I know I’ve come far. I hurt my ankle a while back and didn’t exercise for a few months. My body fat % went up almost 5%.
Now I have been back on for a little over a month and I am already seeing results! I just can’t wait to get back to where I was, and then finish what I started!Source: progress3425

every time I blindly follow blogs believing that they are HEALTH/FITNESS blogs I end up getting bullshit ED and ‘starving to be fit” blogs. wtf. I cant trust any blog!
